2023 Chair of the ZonMw Arbeid en Zorg Commitee. The aim of this program is to bundle knowledge about support and possible interventions aimed at job retention during and after cancer for workers, employers and practitioners, to make it more accessible and to stimulate utilization. This is to optimize the return to work process during or after cancer.
2022 Chair of the ZonMw Mental Vitality Committee. The aim of this program is to strengthen the mental vitality of workers. To this end, subsidies are granted for the deployment and evaluation of innovative interventions at the level of labor organizations.
2022 Chair of Program Advisory Committee of AKC. The program advisory committee consists of labor experts, external experts from universities, colleges and research institutes, and representatives of policy authorities. The committee provides advice aimed at decision-making about the knowledge agenda, the research design and which research institution or researcher will carry out the project.
2022 Member of the committee that assesses applications for the Expedition Scheme of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment. The aim of the Expedition Scheme is firstly to stimulate a social movement in which interventions, working methods and methods in the field of sustainable employability (DI) and lifelong development (LLO) are applied more often, better and faster. And secondly, to (further) develop practical knowledge and scientific knowledge and make these widely applicable.
2021- (Vice-)chair of the ZonMW Improvement Reintegration Second Track Committee. This program contributes to improving reintegration with another employer (2nd track) by developing and trying out innovative approaches. Insight is needed into how employers and employees can make better use of the possibilities for reintegration and there is a need for concrete practical tools

2019- (Vice-)chair of the ZonMW committee to improve the quality of s Gatekeeper Process. The aim of the program is to: Improve the quality of the gatekeeper process and promote the quality of work-related care during this process. It is about quality improvement during the gatekeeper process, i.e. optimal guidance for the reintegration of a sick employee during this period and not about the quality of prevention in the period before.
2017-2024 Vice-chair of the “Werken is Gezond”committee of ZonMW. This program focuses on reducing the health differences and strives to promote the health of workers with a lower socio-economic position (SEP) through research.
